Scout APM
Scout APM is an application performance monitoring tool build for developers. When they needed help developing a PHP extension in C, and building a PHP library they naturally turned to Roave. We’ve collaborated with Scout APM and launched both the PHP extension and SDK which are now widely used.
Panasonic Avionics Corporation
Panasonic Avionics Corporation are the world’s leading suppliers of In-flight Entertainment and Connectivity; you’ve probably used their seat-back entertainment system when you’ve flown. We’ve worked with Panasonic Avionics Corporation for many years helping to improve and upgrade their air-to-ground internet offering. We’ve modernised the system and given them confidence to deploy new features whenever they need to.
Zend by Perforce
You’ve probably heard of Zend if you’ve worked in PHP, they’ve been core drivers behind many of the innovations that makes modern PHP such a joy to use. As so many of the Roave team are core contributors to the Zend Framework, we’ve worked with Zend many times over the years. Most notably, Zend turned to Roave to write the questions for their Zend Framework Certification, and to provide the training around it. We love working with Zend.
The PHP Foundation
We’re privileged to be able to help work on the PHP core, a language that has given many of our team so much. The PHP foundation are a not-for-profit industry-funded foundation tasked with supporting, advancing and developing the PHP language. Roave are working with the PHP Foundation to help maintain and develop the PHP core.
Saskatchewan Blue Cross
Saskatchewan Blue Cross are one of North America’s largest providers of healthcare and travel insurance. Roave worked with the Seiden Group to develop a brand new portal for health insurance customers built with PHP on IBM i. We also helped modernise and upgrade their travel insurance portal to bring it up to date with the latest technologies.
DVSA
When the UK government agency responsible to the registration of drivers and vehicles needed help with their Zend Framework and Doctrine application, Roave was the only place they could go to hire maintainers and contributors of those popular projects. Roave placed multiple developers over two locations to help build their replacement for the ad-hoc vehicle check system.
